Strange! Try deleteting your ini files (METAbolt.ini and any avatar specific ones you may have created).

Similar but not quite the same, (and can't cut and paste the error so a little abbreviated)
same exception
stack: OpenMetaverse.Logger.Log(as above)
at OpenMetaverse.NetworkManager.SendPacket(Packet Packet)
at OpenMetaverse.GroupManager.RequestCurrentGroups()
at METAbolt.TabsConsole..ctor(METAboltInstance instance)
at METAbolt.frmMain.InitalizeTabsConsole()
at METAbolt.frmMain.InitializeConrols()
at METAbolt.METAboltInstance..ctor(Boolean firstinstance)
at Metabolt.Program.Main(String[] args)

Thanks

It looks like the Openmetaverse components are all mixed up. Did you do a clean install i.e. removed METAbolt and then deleted the METAbolt folder under c:\program files?

What happens when you delete the METAbolt.ini file this time?

Back to #3 error. I can always go back to an earlier version, unless there are any other suggestions as things to try/provide info for.
And I've checked nothing in .net GAC.

I will be making a new release probably today...if not, then tomorrow. The problem you are having makes no sense to me and for that reason I am unable to suggest anything. So yes you are better off rolling back o an older version for now.

V 0.9.31.0 should resolves this issue. Please let me know if it doesn't.

Thx
