For us to be able to help you quicker you need to observe the following guidelines:

1. In the signature of your forum account state the following so that you don't have to type them out with every post you make and also that we won't have to ask them each time:

a. The version of METAbolt you are using (including if it's 32 or 64 bit)
b. The Windows version you are using (including if it's 32 or 64 bit)
c. Your internet connection speed (DSL, T1, OC3, dial-up etc)
d. Other information which you find might be relevant

2. Don't ask to ask a question. Just go ahead and ask whatever it is you wish to ask.

3. Be precise and clear and provide detail in the issue you are reporting or asking/commenting about. e.g. "I am using the latest version" is not enough because (no effence as we don't know who is who or how much you know) we don't know if you know what the latest version is...it should be "I am using version 0.9.x.x".

4. Provide insights, observations, screenshots if possible/applicable

5. Provide the exception dump you see on the exception window which will appear (if any) when an error is encountered by METAbolt

6. Are you a new user or have you been using METAbolt for some time

Thx
