Lately we have been getting a lot of support requests via email, Skype and IM (in SL)!!! Have mercy LOL there is only 1 of me and thousands of you and I can't possibly offer support via all those channels. So please if you need help use these forums. The other benefit of using these forums is that others maybe having the same issue you need help on and if you use these forums the subject will be shared among all.

Last but not least I strongly encourage you to support others in need of help if it is a subject you can help with. I try to be here as often as possible but due to RL work load, sometimes I can't be here as often as I would like. Don't forget, what happens to others can one day happen to you so if we can get this community spirit going we can all benefit.
