Please, make IM commands, which Master avatar can send to bot.
The more commands, the bot will be more valuable.
In ideal case this commands must allow full remote control on bot, as though you are doing this through metabolt-programm itself.

May be. But if these commands are already used in scripts, why not make it and for IM? Metabolt already has a bot features, why not make it more functional?

Unfortuantely we don't have plans to include further bot functionality into METAbolt as it doesn't comply with our goals/culture or userbase. This is an area I have to control very carefully and make sure METAbolt remains a text client!

We have made available a limited number of commands purely for users to achieve top level automation with SL based systems i.e. for integration of LSL based systems with METAbolt. These aren't features we plan to extend and bloat the core application purely because it does not appeal to the majority of METAbolt users.

However, someone can easily build a plug-in which can do everything you have stated. So if you approach the community to see if there is anyone willing to do this someone might respond. I would support such an effort and provide the technical help I can as the METAbolt team does not have the time.resources to go into plug-in development. Plug-ins provide users with the freedom/choice to install what they want and ignore what they don't want hence a perfect solution to serve all flavours.
