only a recent thing that has started happening but whenever someone sends me an IM I get 2 IM windows open.

I've not changed anything I can think of to start this happening

I feel this is an isolated temporary incident probably related to some issue in SL. Did it start after you installed the silent release and did it just start out of the blue when all was working OK?

Its happened out of the blue. I think it might be more sim related than Metabolt, its been more since they restarted the sim where the avi I use Metabolt for logs in at.
