METAbolt upgrade V 0.9.58.0:


[ Features ]

* New RLV plug-in added to custom installation



[ Enhancements ]

* RLV commands are now ignored and not printed on the chat screen



[ Fixes ]

* Archieved group notices were not displaying
* The Give button in inventory was not visible most times
* If a group notice was received upon login some users were getting an exception
