When you are trying to login if you get a login response stating "Sorry! We couldn't log you in. Please check to make sure you entered the right *Username..." try the following:
1. Check that the spelling and formating on your username and password is correct
2. Double check that they are correct
If that doesn't help, go on to step 2 below:
1. Reboot your PC in case a Microsoft Update is causign it to function as normal
2. Re-set you router in case something has cached or stopped working
If this doesn't resolve your problem then there could be something wrong on the SIM you are trying to login to so go on to step 3 below:
1. If you last location is different to your home location, login to your last location or vice versa depending on which one is the default you were trying to login to
2. If you last location is the same as your home location, delete the contents of the "Location" drop down box on the login sreen and manually type in a different SIM with a coordinate e.g. Nopsaebaram/128/128/0 then login. "Nopsaebaram" is the name of the SIM, replace this with a SIM of your prereference. Note that the SIM you enter should not be the one that you have been trying to login to.
If this doesn't resolve your problem, go onto step 4:
1. Log into your account on the SL web site and change your password
