MB Estate Manager
MB Estate Manager is a plugin for estate owners and managers. It offers most of the features found in a graphical viewer plus some extra ones which don't exist in graphical viewers.

- List of all parcels on a SIM that is for sale
- Ability to buy/sell/reclaim any parcel on a SIM without having to teleport to each parcel
- Ability to edit/change any parcel name, description and parcel snapshot
The Parcels tab
The features on this tab allows you to manage parcels in the sense of buyin, selling or reclaiming as well as the ability of chaging name, description and the parcel snapshots.
The Parcels and For Sale tabs work on all SIMs for all avatars i.e. you don't have to be an estate owner or manage to use the features in these 2 tabs.
The list itself is self explanatory. You can select a parcel from the list by moving your mouse over the desired parcel and keeping it there for a second or simply by just clicking on it once. This will populate the "Parcel details" section on the left with the details of the parcel. If you are the owner/manager of the selected parcel you can:
- Change the parcel name, description, snaphot and click on the "Update" button to save your changes
- You can make the necessary changes, specify a sell price and put the parcel on sale by clicking on the "Sell" button
- The snaphot ID change be changed by copying the UUID of the desired image from your inventory and pasting it into the Snaphot ID field and then clicking on the Update button
If a land is for sale you can buy the land by selecting it and clicking on the "Buy" button which will only be enabled if the selected land is for sale. After that you can select the parcel you have bought and make the necessary changes to it's name and description etc. as explained above.
MB Estate Manager does not auto refresh the parcel list. To get the latest list you need to click on the Refresh button as and when you need to. The list will auto refresh when you buy, sell, reclaim or update the details of a parcel.
Installation of the METAbolt Traffic Master plug-in
1. Unzip the MB_Estate_Manager_RC.zip file
2. Copy the MB Estate Manager.exe into the "Extensions" folder in the Data Dir (User roaming folder). If you don't know where this folder is, go into About METAbolt from the "Help" menu in METAbolt and you will find it there.
3. Log into SL
4. Select the "MB Estate Manager" menu option under the "Plugins" menu in METAbolt
5. When you are happy you can select "MB Estate Manager" in Application | Preferences | Plugins to make it start automatically every time you start METAbolt.
NOTE: The above steps apply to installing any plugin and not just MB Estate Manager.

INFORMATION and T&Cs¶
Plugins are not a part of the METAbolt application. They run within METAbolt when they are started and for as long as they are running. If a plugin e.g. MB Estate Manager is running and you close it down, MB Estate Manager's whole operation will stop and you will lose any unsaved data.
