System requirements

.NET Framework 3.5 SP1
Windows Operating System: Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008

Installation

If you don't have .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed on your machine click here to download it first. (METAbolt will install this for you if you don't have it but it is always better to install it separately)
Click on the "Download" button above and download the installation ZIP file
Open the ZIP file and double click on "Setup.exe"
Follow the onscreen instructions
