L-Tek is proud to announce the release of METAbolt.
METAbolt is a non-graphical metaverse (3D virtual world ) viewer. It is light weight and cross grid, which means that it will work in Second Life as well as any other grid that is based on OpenSIM. METAbolt is ideal if:
- the SL viewer is banned at your work place, like majority of work places
- you have a low powered computer that has difficulty running the SL viewer
- you need to run multiple alts at the same time
- you can't or don't want to run the SL viewer all the time but need the ability to stay online for communications or other reasons
Apart from the SL viewer and it's modified copies there is currently no other viewer with the level of functionality and ease of use as METAbolt. More and more is being added with every new release. METAbolt is Open Source...which means it is in the public domain and it is FREE.
