You can pay objects and vendors via the "PAY" button on the OBJECTS screen. The button will auto detect if the payment is being made to an object of a vendor. It is your reponsibility to make sure that if you are paying an object it is for sale or it is a vendor. You can determine this by looking at the object details displayed on the right hand panel each time you select an object from the list.
